Please read these terms carefully before registering an account or using any service on the babyjp platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to engage in online gaming in your jurisdiction. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed and funds returned after identity verification.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Supported methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Withdrawals require a fully verified (KYC-approved) account.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements and validity periods are stated clearly on each promotion page. Misuse of bonuses will result in forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. babyjp will never ask for your password via email or chat. Report unauthorised access immediately to our support team.
Creating multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, colluding with other players, and using automated betting tools are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which babyjp holds its international gaming licence. By using the platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts for any disputes.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and babyjp ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the babyjp platform at https://babyjp.cam. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

| "Wagering Requirement" | The total amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to authenticate a Player's identity and age. |
| "WIB" | Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone used for all operational communications, support hours, and transaction timestamps on the Platform. |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or by the Company's internal compliance policy. |
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use any service on the babyjp Platform. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. babyjp strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after verification.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. babyjp operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. The legal status of online gaming varies across jurisdictions, and it is your obligation — not ours — to determine whether participation is permitted under the laws applicable to you. The Company makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to maintain one Account only. Persons found to operate multiple Accounts will have all Accounts suspended and all Funds subject to forfeiture pending investigation.
2.4 Personal Use. The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Use of the Platform for commercial purposes, syndicated wagering, or any form of organised betting activity without express written consent from babyjp is prohibited.
3.1 Accuracy of Information. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update your information if any details change. Providing false information at any stage is grounds for immediate Account termination.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account. babyjp will never contact you to request your password via any channel.
3.3 Notification of Breach. You must notify babyjp's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security. babyjp will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
3.4 One Account Per Household. In some cases, multiple members of the same household or sharing the same IP address may seek to register Accounts. babyjp reserves the right to limit the number of Accounts per household or shared IP address at its sole discretion to prevent abuse of promotional offers.
4.1 Verification Requirement. babyjp is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, at the time of registration or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
4.2 Documents Required. You may be required to submit one or more of the following:
4.3 Processing Time. babyjp will endeavour to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During peak periods, verification may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email upon completion.
4.4 Right to Suspend. babyjp reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing for any Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide the required documentation within 30 days of a formal request may result in Account closure.
5.1 Accepted Methods. babyjp currently accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All deposit transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account and may be returned subject to applicable banking fees.
5.3 Processing Time. Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer are processed automatically and typically credited within 5 minutes during normal banking hours. Deposits made outside banking hours or during public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours.
5.4 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. babyjp does not accept deposits from third parties, and any such deposits will be returned to the source without the ability to wager. Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
5.5 No Deposit Fees. babyjp does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction charges as per their own fee schedules, which are outside our control.
6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. You may only request a withdrawal if: (a) your Account has been fully KYC-verified; (b) the withdrawal amount does not include bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements; and (c) your Account is in good standing with no active compliance investigations.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply as follows:
6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 2–4 hours during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB Monday to Friday). Requests submitted outside these hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed within 24 hours. babyjp targets same-day processing for the majority of withdrawal requests.
6.4 Withdrawal Destination. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the babyjp Account. babyjp reserves the right to refuse withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to the Player.
6.5 Right to Verify. babyjp reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Processing may be delayed during such reviews.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by babyjp are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that promotion only.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Game contributions to wagering requirements are as follows:
7.3 Bonus Abuse. babyjp monitors all accounts for patterns of bonus abuse. Activities considered abusive include, but are not limited to: placing bets that collectively cover the majority of possible outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play; or coordinating wagering activity with other accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, babyjp reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and suspend or close Accounts.
7.4 Bonus Validity. All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue as specified per promotion. Unmet wagering requirements or unclaimed bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
7.5 One Bonus Per Person. Promotional bonuses are offered on a one-per-person, one-per-household, one-per-IP-address basis unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players who create multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses will have all associated Accounts closed and all Funds forfeited.
8.1 Game Integrity. All casino games on the babyjp platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent testing agencies. Live dealer games are operated by professional studios under their own licensing frameworks. babyjp does not manipulate game outcomes.
8.2 Sports Betting. Bets placed on sports events — including football matches in BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, and the AFF Cup (Piala AFF) — are governed by the specific sportsbook rules displayed at the time of placement. Bet s are accepted subject to available liquidity. In-play betting markets may be suspended without notice.
8.3 Togel & Lottery. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted by the relevant authorised draw operators. babyjp publishes official draw results as received. Any discrepancy between results displayed and the official draw result will be resolved in favour of the official result.
8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface or market. babyjp reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
8.5 Voided Bets. babyjp reserves the right to void any bet that was placed: (a) on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement; (b) at incorrect odds due to a system error; (c) in breach of these Terms or the applicable game rules. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Account balance.
8.6 Technical Failures. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round or live event, babyjp will attempt to restore the session to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, incomplete rounds will be voided and the wager returned. babyjp is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the babyjp platform. Violation of any item in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
10.1 By babyjp. babyjp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a Player is found to have breached these Terms; (b) babyjp is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) unusual or suspicious activity is detected; or (d) the Account has been dormant for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
10.2 Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant after 12 months of no login activity. babyjp will send an email notification to the registered address prior to applying a dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy maintenance fee of Rp 25,000 will be applied to dormant accounts with a remaining balance until either the balance reaches zero or the Player logs in and reactivates the Account. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the dormancy period.
10.3 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closing the Account, babyjp will process any eligible pending withdrawal to your verified payment method. Accounts subject to open bonus wagering requirements or active compliance investigations cannot be closed until those matters are resolved.
10.4 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in a closed Account will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
11.1 Platform Availability. babyjp endeavours to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. babyjp is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure beyond its reasonable control.
11.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, babyjp's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. babyjp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or related to the Player's use of the Platform, even if babyjp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates with third-party payment processors and game studios. babyjp is not responsible for any failure, error, or delay caused by a third-party provider, including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, or any other integrated partner.
Note: Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
babyjp collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. babyjp applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions and does not sell personal data to third parties.
13.1 Right to Amend. babyjp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects Players' rights or obligations — babyjp will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to the registered address or via an in-platform notification before the amendment takes effect.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which babyjp holds its international gaming licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, you should contact babyjp's support team in the first instance at [email protected]. babyjp commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to making reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved between the parties directly, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by babyjp's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process will be provided upon request.
14.4 Language. These Terms are drafted and shall be interpreted in English. Any translation provided for convenience does not form part of the binding agreement.
